Trio of wireless companies exit lobby group, claim big-player bias – The Globe and Mail.
This news comes as no surprise.
I’ve known for years just bad the situation is with the Big Three telecommunications companies, and unless people start standing up to them, it’s just going to get worse. The government either needs to show they’re serious, or should just stop pretending that they’re interested in making transparency and fairness a part of our consumer lives
Against criticism a man can neither protest nor defend himself; he must act in spite of it, and then it will gradually yield to him.Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

Just today learned that Amazon.com failed to deliver my Christmas gift to my sister and brother in law down in California by December 11, 2012. Apparently there was some problem or another with my order.
Someone in accounting then decided to freeze my Amazon.com account without any type of notice whatsoever, and NOW according to Amazon Customer Services, I am not even allowed to speak directly to the people who made this decision in order to try and clear the matter up, as they ONLY communicate to the customer through emails (Gee, I wonder why?).
The Amazon.com Customer Services Manager I spoke to advised me that had she been the customer she would have considered this behaviour unacceptable as well.
So thank you Amazon.com for screwing up my Christmas
